TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your use of the MYC NETWORK LLC Mobile App (the “App”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use this App. We may at any time change the App and these terms and conditions. Your use of the App following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the change.

Your Access to the App

No one under 18 is allowed to use or access the App. Please read all notices and any Additional Terms carefully when you access the App.

By using the App, you state that:

You are at least 18 years old and over the minimum age required by the laws of your country of residence to access and use the App;
You can form a binding contract with MYC NETWORK LLC;
You are not barred from using the App under all applicable laws; and
You have not been permanently suspended or removed from the App.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another legal entity, including a business or government entity, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

License & Scope of Use

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, MYC NETWORK LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable, irrevocable license to view, use and download a single copy of the App for your informational, personal, non-commercial use (the “License”) on any device that your own or control. The License does not allow you to use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App. You may not copy (except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions), decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create any derivative works of the App, any updates, or any part thereof. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of MYC NETWORK LLC or its licensors. You may not use this App for any purpose (i) which would be contrary to MYC NETWORK LLC’s business interest, or (ii) to MYC NETWORK LLC’s actual or potential economic disadvantage in any respect, including using the App to develop a competing application. All rights not specifically and expressly granted under the License are reserved by MYC NETWORK LLC.

The App is licensed and not sold. The License confers no title to or ownership in the App and should not be construed as a sale of any rights in or to the App. MYC NETWORK LLC may terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App, including the availability of any features of the App, at any time and in MYC NETWORK LLC’s sole discretion.

Content

The App may contain information, text, links, graphics, photos, videos, audio, streams, or other materials (“Content”), including Content created with or submitted to the App by you or through your account.

MYC NETWORK LLC takes no responsibility for and does not expressly or implicitly endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, or reliability of any Content on the App. The Content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

When you submit your own Content to the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, power, and authority to share the Content. If you do not have the right, power, and authority to share the Content, you may expose yourself to personal liability. Additionally, while you retain any ownership rights you may have in your Content, by submitting your Content to the App you give MYC NETWORK LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, distribute, store, perform, and display your Content and any name, username, voice, or likeness provided in connection with your Content in all media formats and channels now known or later developed anywhere in the world. This license includes the right for us to make your Content available for syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication by other companies, organizations, or individuals who partner with MYC NETWORK LLC. You also agree that we may remove metadata associated with your Content, and you irrevocably waive any claims and assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to your Content. Any ideas, suggestions, and feedback about the App that you provide us are entirely voluntary, and you agree that MYC NETWORK LLC may use such ideas, suggestions, and feedback without compensation or obligation to you.

Although we reserve the right to review, screen, edit, or monitor your Content and all Content on the App, we do not necessarily review all of it at the time it’s submitted to the App. However, we may, in our sole discretion, delete or remove your Content at any time and for any reason, including violating these Terms, or if you otherwise create or are likely to create liability for us.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations. You will not violate ay applicable law, contract, intellectual property or other third-party right or commit a tort, and you are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing or using the App. In connection with your use of the App, you will not:

Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct;
Impersonate another person or log into an account which you are not authorized to access;
Use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization from that user and MYC NETWORK LLC;
Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying use of the App or that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the App in any manner, including with respect to MYC NETWORK LLC’s network or network security;
Interfere or attempt to interfere with service or any user, host, or network, including by way of introducing a virus, overloading, “flooding” or crashing, or sending unsolicited e-mail, promotions, or advertisements;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any part of the App;
Develop or use any third-party applications that interact with the App without our prior written consent, including any scripts designed to scrape or extract data from the App.

Third-Party Links, Advertisements, & Promotions

The App may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services, which may be posted by advertisers, our affiliates, our partners, or other users (“Third-Party Content”). Third-Party Content is not under our control, and we are not responsible for any third party’s websites, products, or services. Your use of Third-Party Content is at your own risk, and you should make any investigation you feel necessary before proceeding with any transaction in connection with such Third-Party Content.

The App may also contain sponsored Third-Party Content or advertisements. The type, degree, and targeting of advertisements are subject to change, and you acknowledge and agree that we may place advertisements in connection with the display of any Content or information on the Services, including your submitted Content.

If you choose to use the App to conduct a promotion, including a contest or sweepstakes (“Promotion”), you alone are responsible for conducting the Promotion in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to creating official rules, offer terms, eligibility requirements, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations which govern the Promotion (such as licenses, registrations, bonds, and regulatory approval). Your Promotion must state that the Promotion is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with MYC NETWORK LLC, and the rules for your Promotion must require each entrant or participant to release MYC NETWORK LLC from any liability related to the Promotion. You acknowledge and agree that we will not assist you in any way with your promotion, and you agree to conduct your Promotion at your own risk.
